Mr. Kool Maize starch is made from finely extracted endosperm of corn kernel. It is white in color and very fine in texture. It is also known as Corn starch or Modified starch or corn flour. We produce corn flour from hygienically extracted corn endosperm and process it to reach find and smooth texture. With the help of experienced R & D team, we are able to supply modified maize starch in pregeletanised and dextrinised forms which gives out different properties when blended with other components. Dextrinised Maize Flour from Mr Kool

Our Dextrinised maize flour is useful in broader range of industrial applications for the presence of acid-modified starches in it. It is applied in adhesives and in obtaining particular type of textile finish.

Mr. Kool Pregelatinized Maize Starch

Our pregelatinzed maize starch is prepared by heating the concentrated corn starch at high temperature which will then become soluble in cold water. It contains comparatively less viscosity than natural maize starch. It can be applied in preparations that require starch with less gelling capacity. It is also applied as an alternative starch resource in general domestic cooking

Industrial Applications of Mr. Kool Maize Starch

Bakery

It is an effective ingredient in baked recipes when applied in combining other powder kind of components. It increases softness of baked eatables and helps to obtain a definite shape and crust formation to the bakery products. Corn starch is applied in most of the bakeries for variety of bread recipes. Our thin boiled starch can also be applied as an alternative for cake flour.

Domestic Usage

It is an excellent component in the preparation of extensive varieties of sauces, soups, fruit pies, and gravy recipes. A little amount of Mr Kool Corn starch can increase the volume of soupy recipes.

Paper Making

Our maize starch can be applied in paper making process in terms of hydrating starch molecules. It helps in improving the strength of paper and stays one of the cost saving method in paper making with natural starch.

Corrugation and Textile Industries – Our corn starch is applicable as a gumming agent in corrugation process. In textile industry our modified starch is applied for sizing.

Wet-End-Additive

Mr. Kool corn starch is applicable as wet-end-additive in adhesives. Our maize flour is applied in paper related products such as boxboard, paper bags, foldable cartons, laminated paperboard, etc as an effective adhesive. Our Pregelatinized starch is transformed into dialdehyde starch that imparts damp strength to paper

Card Board Manufacturing and Gypsum Board Manufacturing-Our corn starch is used in gumming application in card board manufacturing and gypsum board manufacturing.
